The rising global demand for sustainable solutions in everyday products has led to the development of biodegradable super absorbent materials (bio-SAPs), a breakthrough technology combining performance with environmental responsibility. Unlike conventional super absorbent polymers (SAPs) that are petroleum-based and resistant to degradation, bio-SAPs are engineered from renewable resources such as starch, cellulose, and other natural polymers.
